Forgiveness + Ease Issue (Print Magazine)

12.50 25.00

This issue features filmmaker Berni Slowey, photographed by our favorite Colorado photographer—Willy Wilson. Themed Create Ease by Choosing Forgiveness, this issue focuses on the growth that can happen when forgiveness becomes a natural part of a woman’s life.

THEME SUMMARY

Go deep inside yourself: where in your heart and mind are you holding on to something you'd rather let go of? Grasp onto that person, place, or thing and imagine it's a balloon. Now... Ready. Set. Let it go.

We live for years with the fear that forgiveness will somehow lead to loss or emptiness. In reality, letting go brings us MORE--more space, more insight, more acceptance of who we are today and who we want to be tomorrow.

The good news is, when we are ready to forgive, the rituals to help us do so are already a part of the intentional lifestyle. Our hearts, focused on genuine interactions and individual atonement, are at the ready. They've been ready, actually, for quite some time.

At The Perpetual You, we see forgiveness as a deeply personal, uncomfortably intimate process. Still, we know that a universal peace waits on the other side. Release of unwanted feelings leads to more honesty, thereby improving all your interactions. In this way, letting go will lead you to Ease.
